Would you like to save time as you search for homes? I can assign a Listingbook® account that will show you ONLY the homes that match your specific criteria!
What is Listingbook®?Direct access to all homes listed with your specific criteria through a service powered by Listingbook®. The system is updated hourly and your account will be notified any time there is a new home on the market that matches your criteria. You will also be notified of any price reductions of the homes that fit your criteria. This account will be yours and you may adjust your criteria at any time. If you see a property you might be interested in, simply "tag" it and let me know. Your favorite properties will remain in this account so that you will not have to start your home search all over again each time you sign in. It's a great tool for buyers!
To use the Listingbook® service you will need an assigned user code and password.
Don’t have a user code? No problem! Just submit the form below and I would be happy to set up your Listingbook account. I will use the criteria mentioned below but you will have the ability to make any adjustments you would like.
